Delete your CollegeLogistics account
This page is for the CollegeLogistics website (app.collegelogistics.net) and the CollegeLogistics apps for Android and iOS, operated by CollegeLogistics. You can delete your account and its data, or delete only some of your data and keep your account.
How to delete your account
In the app or on the website
- (or open Me → My Stuff and tap “account deletion page” at the bottom of My College Plan).
- Come back to this page and tap Delete my account, then confirm.
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in
- Email privacy@collegelogistics.net from the address on your account.
- Use the subject “Delete my CollegeLogistics account.” Do not send your password.
- We may reply to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account: name, email address, account ID, and the role you chose
- Your college plan: shortlist, the college you're attending, checked-off steps, and saved searches
- Reminders and notification settings, including app and browser notification tokens
- Documents, receipts and photos you uploaded, and PackSnap packing plans
- Reviews you wrote, rewards points, and bookings you recorded
- Move Share Board posts you made and the private email stored with them
- Your AI assistant conversation history
- Counselor sharing links
What we keep, and for how long
- Concierge Service and payment records (what was purchased, amounts, dates): kept up to 7 years, as required for tax and accounting. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us.
- Security and abuse-prevention logs (for example, sign-in and error logs): kept up to 90 days, then deleted.
- A record that you asked for deletion and when we completed it: kept to show we honored your request.
- Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that can't identify you: may be kept.
Delete some data and keep your account
- Shortlist and chosen college: remove colleges on the Compare page, or tap “Change” next to “You're attending”.
- Checked-off steps: untick them on your college's Steps tab.
- Notifications: turn them off in your device or browser settings.
For anything else, such as a Move Share Board post, uploaded documents, AI conversation history, or concierge details, email privacy@collegelogistics.net and tell us what to delete. We complete requests within 30 days.
